At Sage, we’re part left-brain, part right-brain, and all hands-on.
We established Sage Legal Search LLC in 2002, after previously heading the IP Placement Group at a prominent New York recruitment firm. Sage boasts successful placements nationwide in law firms and in-house across the United States, Canada and Europe. Thanks in large part to our solid instincts and combined legal and recruiting experience, our client list has steadily increased as we continue to apply our expertise and hands-on approach to a broad spectrum of practice areas.
Our strengths are complementary. Robin is deliberate, dependable and supportive, with an unfailing dedication to research and analysis. Judy, the Yin to Robin’s Yang, relies strongly on her finely-honed and highly accurate gut instinct. While Judy works outside the box, Robin makes sure no box is left unopened. We are both personally involved in every project Sage undertakes, ensuring that all of our clients benefit from the full range of the firm’s strengths.
We draw on our extensive connections from all corners of the legal field to supplement and maintain a state of the art database of exceptional attorneys. It is what we do with that database, however, that sets Sage apart from our competition. Using our unique combination of experience and intuition, we effectively identify, screen and evaluate candidates for opportunities and opportunities for candidates. While our judicious approach may reduce the volume of candidates or opportunities presented, it produces matches between applicants and employers that flourish and are mutually rewarding. Known for having a thoughtful, transparent and ethical philosophy, Sage prides itself on its word of mouth referrals and numerous return clients.
